We regularly review our content and functionality to improve accessibility. We welcome feedback and act on it where possible.
Accessibility standards
We launched our new website on 9 May 2025.
We completed testing against specifications of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Version 2.2, Level AA.
- We implemented the Website Accessibility Conformance Evaluation Methodology (WCAG-EM) 1.0 to complete this assessment
- We’ve tested our website with users who natively use assistive technology.
Accessibility features
Content
- We write all our content in plain language.
- We display all content in a way that makes it easy to read and scan.
- We use a consistent and logical heading structure.
Navigation
- For keyboard or switch device users, we include skip links to bypass repetitive content.
- The navigation order is logical, both visually and programmatically.
- There are multiple ways to browse our content, such as:
- using the navigation menu
- using the search bar
- using the site map.
For low vision
- We design all our graphics and icons to meet colour contrast requirements.
- We include alt text on all meaningful images.
- The website is compatible at 400% zoom in a web browser.
Screen readers
We’ve completed our testing with:
- Google Chrome using JAWS and NVDA
- Firefox using JAWS and NVDA
- Edge using JAWS
- Safari using VoiceOver.
We recommend using Chrome for best digital accessibility performance.
