Accessibility audit
About our accessibility audit service
Our accessibility audit service ensures your website or intranet complies with the latest Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). This will provide an inclusive experience for all users, including people with disability.

Our process
Our process follows the Website Accessibility Conformance Evaluation Methodology (WCAG-EM), outlined by W3C. Our process includes the following:

WCAG success criterion
We evaluate the website against the level of required compliance. We can evaluate up to WCAG 2.2, Level AAA.

Assistive technology
We engage native screen reader users to assess the usability of the website, ensuring it is functional with various assistive software, including JAWS and NVDA.

Devices and browsers
We do manual and automated testing to ensure it is functional with the keyboard only and on a range of commonly used operating systems and mobile devices, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.

Report
We provide a comprehensive evaluation report, which lists the issues found and recommended solutions.
Optional services
Retesting
We may retest your website after addressing the issues found in the initial testing. We will check through the issues and mark them as either Unresolved, Partially Resolved, or Resolved.
Statement of Conformance
We may provide a Statement of Conformance, summarising our findings for you to publish.
