First Nations art at the Information Access Group
At the Information Access Group, we’re passionate about accessible, inclusive and respectful content. This includes making sure our images and illustrations capture the diversity of our community.
In February 2021, we commissioned award-winning artist Lani Balzan to create several designs for us. We’re delighted to have Lani’s unique designs among the images we use to represent First Nations cultures and communities in our work.
One of Lani’s images also features as part of an Acknowledgement of Country within our company email signature.
About the artist
Lani Balzan is a proud Aboriginal woman from the Wiradjuri people of the three-river tribe. Her family is from Mudgee, but she grew up all over Australia. She now lives in the Illawarra. You can view more of Lani’s work at her website Aboriginal Art by Lani.
