Child Care Compliance Obligations flipchart

The Child Care Compliance Obligations flipchart was specifically designed to help Family Day Care services and educators better understand their responsibilities under the Family Assistance Law. This educational tool outlines not only the key obligations they must follow, but also highlights the potential consequences of non-compliance, providing clear and actionable guidance for day-to-day operations.

In developing this resource, we worked closely with the Department of Education and Training, ensuring that every aspect of the flipchart aligned with their specific needs and goals. This collaborative process enabled us to produce a comprehensive reference guide that effectively communicates the importance of compliance within the Family Day Care sector.

We carefully followed the Department of Education and Training’s branding guidelines throughout the design process, incorporating official colours, fonts, and other brand elements to ensure consistency with their broader communication materials. In addition, we integrated a variety of design features, including infographics and icons, to visually emphasise key messages and make the content more engaging and easier to digest.

The result is a user-friendly flipchart that serves as a practical, easy-to-use reference guide, helping Family Day Care services and educators meet their obligations under the law while maintaining high standards of care.
