Inclusion Australia website
Client:
Inclusion Australia
Project type:
Accessible websites
Topic(s):
- Disability access and inclusion

Inclusion Australia is the national peak body for people with intellectual disability. We worked with the organisation to create an accessible website that is functional and easy to use.
The new website is a great representation of all the work that Inclusion Australia does, including their projects, campaigns and the resources they share in the disability sector.

By simplifying the structure of the website, we made sure that users could find what they’re looking for more quickly.
We also made it easy for content authors to add web pages for Easy Read content. Users can now toggle between the standard version and the Easy Read version of these pages. This means visitors can choose to view the information in a format that meets their needs.

We have worked with Inclusion Australia in the past, creating the Everyone Can Work and AdvoKit websites. We are grateful to work with them and enthusiastic about providing Easy Read content as web pages because this format is more flexible and can meet the needs of a wider audience.
At the time of launch, this website complies with the required Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) standards.
